Ben graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 where he earned a Master's degree in Kinesiolgy. While at Texas A&M he worked as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach in the athletics department and Coached the Texas A&M Powerlifting team. Ben is an active strength athlete competing in powerlifting and strongman and is a committed lifelong student of how to improve human performance.
